Customer Service Advisor – Sterling Signature Wash LLC

Location: 255 Chateau Dr, Grafton, WI 53024 Type: Part-Time, Onsite Compensation: Base wage starting at $14/hour (negotiable based on experience) + $1–$5/hour in average tips + Performance Incentives.

Your role is to guide customers through our menu of services—from our signature hand-dry finishes to comprehensive interior cleaning and express detailing packages. You will partner with our production team to ensure every vehicle leaves spotless and every customer leaves satisfied.

• Transaction Management: Maintain accurate records of sales and service upgrades using our Point of Sale (POS) system.

• Sales Mindset: A natural ability to explain the benefits of various services and a drive to meet sales objectives.
