Job Title: Google Ads Specialist Location: Remote Working Hours: U.S. Hours Contract Type: Full-Time About the Role We’re hiring a Google Ads Specialist for our client to own and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts. This is a hands-on execution role — not strategy-only. You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing campaigns daily , with a strong focus on lead generation and performance . If you’re someone who understands Google Ads beyond the basics and can actively improve performance, fix tracking issues, and drive results , this role will fit. What You’ll Be Doing 1. Campaign Management & Optimization Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search + Performance Max) Continuously adjust bids, budgets, keywords, and targeting Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and ROI 2. Performance Tracking & Analytics Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions Identify underperforming areas and take immediate action Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution 3. Campaign Setup & Testing Build and launch new campaigns (structure, targeting, ad copy) Run ongoing A/B testing on ads and strategies Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis 4. Tracking & Technical Setup Implement and manage tracking using Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure clean data flow 5.
