JOB SUMMARY a s Mail Entry Specialist you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

• Data Entry of correspondence into our database system in accordance with all applicable policies procedures and client directives.
• Processingofincomingemailsandfaxesbothdataentryanddocumentcorrespondencereview.
• Reviewofcorrespondencetoensureaccuracyofinformationenteredintothedatabasesystem.
• Uploadingcorrespondenceandapplicableinformationtoclientsviaclient portale-mailetc.
• Performgeneralclericaldutiesincludingdataentryscanningphotocopyingcollatingand faxing.
• All otherdutiesasassigned.

Positionmighthavetheavailabilitytoworkremotelywithsomeofficetimedependingupon Manager/Director/Human Resources approval.

QUALIFICATIONSANDSKILLS

• Responsibleindividualwhoisabletoworkbothindependentlyandinateamenvironment.
• HighSchooldiplomaorequivalentGED
• Legalfieldcertificate/2-yrdegree(experiencemaybesubstitutedforeducation)
• BackgroundinRetailClaimsandCreditorsRightsLawspreferred

• Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
• Experiencewithbasicofficehardwaresuchasscanners faxmachinecopiersetc.
• Ability to multi-task ina fast-pacedenvironment.
