The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and driven bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role (2-3 days onsite per week). This individual will play a key role in supporting and executing our recruitment process, with a strong focus on high-volume hiring for critical roles across the firm. This is a highly collaborative and visible position reporting to the Talent Acquisition & HR Manager, offering the opportunity to directly impact the firm’s continued growth and success. Key Responsibilities Support hiring leads and the HR team in identifying staffing needs and assisting with the recruitment process. Assist in managing high-volume recruitment for key roles, helping to maintain a strong and consistent candidate pipeline. Post job openings, screen candidates, coordinate interview scheduling, participate in interviews and share candidate insights with the hiring team. Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Collaborate with the HR team to promote a positive, inclusive work environment. Stay informed on recruitment trends and best practices. Demonstrate a proactive, "can-do" attitude and support additional HR initiatives as needes. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field. Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal) required. 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR or related field (internship or high-volume recruiting exposure preferred). Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws. Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
