Allied Technician - Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for outpatient rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer physical therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Document patient care accurately and timely according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment processes and home exercise programs.
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, including infection control and safety standards.

Holiday Requirements

Travelers are expected to work during major holidays; specifically, 2 of the following 3: Thanksgiving Day/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Years Eve/New Years Day. If the contract covers only 2 holidays, the expectation is to work 1 of those holidays. Please limit holiday time-off requests to 1.

Schedule Requirements

• Monday - Friday, no weekends.
• Shifts are 5 days a week, 8-hour days from 08:00 to 16:30.
• RTO (Requested Time Off) is limited to a maximum of 7 days.

Clinical Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Active PT License (Pennsylvania or Compact).
• Experience with EPIC software is required.

• The facility is tobacco and fragrance-free; please inform travelers prior to submission.
• Travelers may be required to provide care for COVID-19 patients.
• Floating may occur across county lines if necessary for patient care.

Interview Process

Candidates will undergo a clinical review to ensure clinical fit. Upon passing, candidates will be forwarded to the manager for a final decision. Interviews will be conducted by the hiring manager.
