Job Description Job Description Electronic Assemblers (Microscope & Soldering Experience Required) Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications. El Cajon, CA Multiple Immediate Openings Do you have hands-on electronic assembly experience? Can you solder small components under a microscope? If not, this role is NOT the right fit. We are currently hiring multiple skilled Electronic Assemblers for a precision manufacturing environment specializing in RF and microwave components. These roles require experience with small electronic parts, microscope work, soldering, and intricate bench assembly in a fast-paced production setting. This is NOT a general assembly or warehouse role. Candidates must have direct experience in electronics manufacturing. What You’ll Be Doing: • Assemble small electronic and RF components with precision • Work under a 10X microscope for assembly and inspection • Perform hand soldering, solder rework, and hot plate reflow • Complete coil winding, shield cutting, and strap cutting • Apply epoxy staking and potting • Assist with electronics tuning, leak testing, and product validation • Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and assembly procedures • Maintain strict quality standards and a clean work area Required Experience: Minimum 2+ years of electronic assembly experience Experience with small parts / micro-assembly Ability to solder through-hole and SMT components Experience working under a microscope (required) Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, schematics, or blueprints Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills Preferred: IPC-A-610 or J-STD certification RF, aerospace, defense, or medical device assembly experience Experience with coil winding or epoxy potting Requirements: • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident • Able to stand for extended periods • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance Important: Please apply only if you have direct electronic assembly, soldering, and microscope experience.
