Lead AI and Data Solution Engineer [Remote]

This role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver next-generation AI and data-driven solutions at enterprise scale within a highly complex, mission-critical financial technology environment. You will lead the design and implementation of advanced AI architectures, including large language models and agentic workflows, powering automation and intelligence across core business processes. The position blends hands-on engineering with technical leadership, requiring deep expertise in cloud-native data platforms and modern AI frameworks. You will work on high-impact systems built on massive-scale cloud infrastructure, ensuring performance, security, and regulatory compliance. Collaboration is central, as you will partner with cross-functional teams spanning engineering, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders. Accountabilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI and data solutions aligned with business and technical objectives.
• Build and optimize advanced AI systems, including large language models and agentic AI workflows for automation, decision support, and enterprise integration.
• Design and implement scalable orchestration frameworks using tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, and n8n for workflow automation and system connectivity.
• Develop and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP)-based solutions to improve context handling, interpretability, and production deployment of AI models.
• Build secure, scalable data pipelines using AWS and Snowflake, supporting both structured and unstructured data at enterprise scale.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance standards are embedded into all AI and data engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across technology, risk, legal, compliance, and business teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers while driving innovation and best practices across the team.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, AI solution development, or related technical roles.
• Strong expertise in large language models (LLMs), agentic AI systems, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML services, including AWS Bedrock, S3, Glue, Lambda, and SageMaker.
• Strong proficiency in Snowflake and cloud-based data architecture design.
• Experience designing and deploying AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration tools.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, model fine-tuning, and enterprise AI integration.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance in cloud environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
