• Additional Information: The position involves handling multiple cases per day with an average of five visits daily. Charting is required using the Netsmart system (formerly Allscripts) or other approved electronic medical record systems. Housing arrangements may be complex due to pet restrictions; special housing arrangements need to be coordinated prior to placement. The policy allows for cancellations of shifts depending on the anticipated shift length and contract duration.
