**Exciting Opportunity for Telemetry and Acute MedSurg RN!** **Job Description:** - Dive into a role where your expertise and care can truly make a difference! - Practice independently and confidently in a dynamic clinical setting. - Provide both routine and complex care while focusing on long-range goals and plans. - Stay on top of your game by effectively managing the contingencies of clinical nursing. - Collaborate with other care providers through effective delegation and assignment of tasks. - Meet the OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders. - Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation) to provide exceptional care for your patients. - Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families. - Administer medications and treatments accurately and monitor for side effects and effectiveness. - Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided in detail. - Assess the learning needs of patients, family members, and caregivers; identify issues and available resources. **Job Requirements:** - **Education/Skills:** - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred - **Experience:** - One year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred - **Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:** - Current BLS certification required (AHA only) - Current ACLS certification required (AHA only) - RN License in state of employment or compact - **Position Requirements:** - Attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire. - Be precepted by a designated trained staff member to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. - Complete all annual competency verification requirements. **Work Schedule:** - 7 PM - 7 AM **Work Type:** - Full Time **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
