Chemistry Expert - Evals
Cypress HCM
Design chemistry-focused tasks and model evaluation workflows that test scientific reasoning; Translate chemistry expertise into clear instructions, rubrics, grading criteria, and review processes; Read and synthesize scientific papers and technical materials; Evaluate model-generated outputs for scientific correctness, rigor, and usefulness; Partner with technical teams to improve data quality, evaluation design, and iteration loops; Strong Candidates Will Have A PhD or equivalent research experience in chemistry; Strong scientific reasoning and the ability to assess correctness and rigor; The ability to move fluidly between scientific concepts and computational workflows; Hands-on technical fluency with datasets, notebooks, LLMs, and scientific software; Bonus: experience in computational chemistry, cheminformatics, or adjacent chemistry-focused computational research; #J-18808-Ljbffr Cypress HCM
