Make a real impact as a part-time Occupational Therapist supporting students in a vibrant elementary school setting. This position focuses on providing crucial OT services to a small caseload of 5-6 students in transitional kindergarten through 5th grade, all at a single school site near San Jose, CA. Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with authorization to practice in California.
• Prior experience delivering OT services in a school setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEP goals for students with diverse needs.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with educators, families, and related service providers.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Comfort working independently and managing a small caseload.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, individualized and group occupational therapy services to students in TK-5th grade.
• Assess students’ needs and contribute to evaluation and development of IEP goals.
• Document measurable progress and maintain timely records in accordance with school policies.
• Consult with teaching staff and families to support student participation and independence in the school environment.
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as needed.
• Provide professional insight to optimize students’ learning and functional outcomes.
