Removal Defense Paralegal

As a Removal Defense Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys in monitoring case activities and maintaining accurate updates in the CRM system. Your responsibilities will include calendaring deadlines and hearings, coordinating preparation calls with attorneys for hearings, and managing interpreters and translations. You will be in charge of collecting, organizing, and compiling evidence for motions, pleadings, and filings, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order. Another essential aspect of your role will be tracking billable hours, guaranteeing deadlines and hearings are never missed. You will also be responsible for drafting declarations, collecting documents and information from clients, and promptly notifying clients of any case updates. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key in maintaining efficiency and accuracy throughout the legal process.

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
• Previous experience as a paralegal in removal defense or immigration law
