$50,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales by actively engaging with potential clients and showcasing the unique benefits of our properties.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement innovative sales strategies that align with our growth objectives.
• Utilize our advanced technology and lead generation systems to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and guiding them through the buying or selling process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market to offer informed advice and insights to clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to enhance your skills and stay ahead in the industry.
• Contribute to our mission by supporting charitable initiatives with each successful transaction you complete.

Qualifications:

• Must have current North Carolina Real Estate License (SC License a plus).
• Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Serve as a committed advocate for clients and their goals.
