Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and growth-minded Clinic Administrator to lead daily operations and help scale our podiatry practice into a multi-location, multi-provider organization. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building systems, growing teams, and driving practice expansion — not just maintaining the status quo.

What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, scheduling, and staffing
- Lead, hire, and develop administrative and clinical support staff
- Partner with the practice owner/physician on strategic growth plans
- Support recruitment and onboarding of additional podiatrists/providers
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and financial performance across locations
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and state/federal healthcare regulations
- Oversee billing, coding, and insurance processes in coordination with billing staff
- Improve patient experience and satisfaction through operational efficiencies
- Implement scalable systems, policies, and workflows that support multi-site expansion
- Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts, equipment, and facility needs for new locations
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in medical practice management or healthcare administration (podiatry or specialty practice experience a plus)
- Proven track record of managing or scaling clinic operations
- Strong knowledge of medical billing, insurance, and healthcare compliance (HIPAA/OSHA)
- Experience supervising multi-department teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Experience with EHR/practice management software - ModMed EMA, current system
