Brief Overview of the Job Description:
Our client is looking for a skilled Java Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality software solutions. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining Java applications that are high-volume and low-latency, necessary for mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
2. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
3. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
4. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
5. Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
6. Develop and execute unit and integration tests.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
8. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the overall codebase.
9. Optimize application performance by tuning the system.
10. Ensure robust security measures are in place for the applications.
11. Write and maintain documentation for new and existing functionalities.
12. Provide technical support and mentoring to junior developers.

Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of Java and its ecosystem, including frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.
• Familiarity with concepts of MVC, JDBC, RESTful API development, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).

Skills:

• Proficient in Core Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and familiar with various design and architectural patterns.
• Skill for writing reusable Java libraries and knowledge of concurrency patterns in Java.
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
