Food Production Manager 2

Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager 2 for Hillcrest Hospital South in Tulsa Oklahoma to oversee food production, ensure safety and sanitation compliance, and manage inventory, ordering, and food service systems. What You'll Do manage and coordinate daily food production for patients and guest; ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and healthcare regulations; collaborate with clinical teams to meet specialized dietary needs; Lead, train, and develop kitchen staff to maintain high performance standards; monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls to meet budget targets; and maintain quality, consistency, and timely meal delivery.
