Clients may receive as little as 2 hours of care, while others require 24-hour care. As a Caregiver, you competently provide non‑medical elderly care and home companionship, helping with responsibilities such as laundry, grocery shopping, meal preparation, bathing, feeding, and maintaining personal hygiene. You provide companionship to clients with dementia or cognitive impairments and keep thorough documentation and communication with the office about client needs and conditions.
