An established State Farm agency is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to support agency growth through customer-focused conversations and professional service. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys helping customers identify insurance needs and recommending appropriate solutions in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop leads and schedule customer appointments
• Identify customer insurance needs and recommend suitable products
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer service
• Assist with policy inquiries, coverage questions, and account updates
• Support billing, policy changes, and claims-related questions
• Follow agency sales and service processes

Compensation:

Base salary plus commission and performance-based bonuses. Compensation structure discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications:

• Property & Casualty insurance license required
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
