- Foundational experience with Microsoft 365 Power Platform application development or automation.
- Working knowledge of APIs data handling and structured problem solving.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and contribute effectively within established design patterns.
- Strong learning agility communication and collaboration skills.
- Exposure to Copilot Studio Power Automate Power Apps or enterprise automation scenarios.
- Interest in AI-enabled business solutions agent development and enterprise integration.
- Experience through internships rotations or early-career development programs in enterprise technology.
- Open to looking at experience in lieu of education HS degree minimum
- Any MS 365 or Agile certificates a plus.
