Responsibilities Provide comprehensive preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic primary care Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease Conduct routine physical exams and wellness visits Coordinate care with specialists and hospital services Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Eligible for Maine medical licensure DEA certification or eligibility Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork Pay Transparency Central Maine Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $271,000 to $308,000. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
