Job Summary

The Kitting Specialist supports production by accurately picking, kitting, and delivering materials to manufacturing teams. This role uses RF scanners, tracks inventory, updates documentation, and maintains an organized work area.

• Pick and kit materials according to work orders.
• Use RF scanners to track and move inventory.
• Return unused materials to stock and complete inventory transactions.
• Label and organize materials accurately.
• Report material shortages to supervisors.
• Maintain inventory records and production documentation.
• Support material traceability and quality requirements.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and 5S compliant.
• Follow safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Work closely with warehouse and production teams.
• Lift and move materials throughout the shift.

• Previous warehouse, kitting, material handling, or production experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners or inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow work instructions and procedures.
• Experience with picking, packing, counting, and organizing materials.
• Ability to frequently lift 50 lbs and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs .
• Reliable work history and strong attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Byhalia, MS.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Byhalia,MS.
