Licensed Practical Nurse

CVS Health is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced healthcare setting. The LPN will deliver direct clinical services including vital signs, injections, wound care, and medication administration under RN or provider supervision. Responsibilities include patient intake, health screenings, care coordination, accurate documentation in electronic health records, and supporting telehealth services. The LPN will educate patients on treatment plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, uphold infection control and safety standards, and contribute to quality improvement and a culture of inclusion.
