Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience working in educational settings with children or adolescents preferred
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administration, and parents/guardians to support student IEP goals and monitor progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to comply with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and team planning
• Provide consultation and resources to support school staff in implementing classroom strategies
• Stay up-to-date with evidence-based practices and continuing education requirements
