Sourcing Agent

To support healthcare supply chain operations, the full-time Sourcing Agent will negotiate contract terms with suppliers, develop sourcing strategies based on market analysis, and ensure compliance with internal policies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Negotiate contract pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve competitive advantages Develop sourcing strategies by analyzing data and market trends to ensure best-in-class value Manage contract lifecycle tasks, including amendments and modifications, while ensuring compliance with regulations Required qualifications High School diploma with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience, or 5 years of relevant experience required Reg Health Info Tech credential from AHIMA preferred 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred Experience in healthcare supply chain or project management is a plus A Bachelor's degree is preferred
