We’re seeking a Customer Advocate with a Top Healthcare Client in Oklahoma City, OK. We’re here to help you find something great that works for you—so you won’t miss a moment of what really matters in your life.

Snapshot:

• Pay rate is $20.00/hour
• Temp to hire
• Shift Information: Monday through Friday 8:00AM until 5:00PM
• Possibility of working Hybrid after completion of on-site training!

This position is responsible for researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate and objective manner!

Job Specific Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year customer service experience in a health care or health insurance environment
• Experience I provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
• Data entry and/or typing experience
• Detail oriented
• Computer proficiency a must! Especially Intermediate Excel skills!
• Be able to navigate between multiple programs simultaneously
• Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Job Requirements:

• 6 months data entry experience in an office environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
