As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a key role in driving occupancy while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with previous apartment leasing experience who is ready to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide engaging property tours
• Present community features, amenities, and available apartment homes
• Process rental applications and assist with the leasing approval process
• Prepare leases, renewals, and other leasing documentation
• Maintain accurate resident and prospect records
• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and other resident inquiries professionally and promptly
• Assist with property marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts
• Support daily office operations to ensure an efficient leasing process
• Deliver outstanding customer service to current and future residents

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing experience is required
• Strong customer service and sales abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using basic computer programs and property management software
• Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
