Launch is expanding our Cincinnati team and hiring motivated individuals for our Retail Sales Associate position.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a competitive environment, and wants to develop professional experience in sales, customer acquisition, and leadership .

Our Retail Sales Associates work directly with customers in retail environments, representing telecommunications services and helping customers identify solutions that fit their connectivity needs.

No previous telecom experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers face-to-face in assigned retail locations
• Represent telecommunications products and services professionally
• Learn customer needs and recommend appropriate service options
• Explain promotions, pricing, and service benefits
• Assist customers throughout the enrollment process
• Build strong customer relationships through quality service
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in daily sales and leadership training
• Develop knowledge of customer acquisition and territory management
• Support the growth of our Cincinnati market
