Im proud to lead a third-generation State Farm agency that has been serving the community since 1978. Insurance has always been a part of my life - my grandfather was a State Farm agent, and carrying on that legacy has been both an honor and a privilege. Today, our agency consists of six team members who are committed to providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our customers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Doug Johnson - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
