RESPONSIBILITIES Help customers understand available insurance products and coverage options. Guide customers through the application process and assist with their insurance needs. Respond to customer questions and provide friendly, timely assistance. Keep customer information and interactions accurately documented and up to date. QUALIFICATIONS Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with others. Organized, attentive to details, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
