We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a crucial role in assessing and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need.

Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments to evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and communication skills
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure effective treatment outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on communication strategies and techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Stay informed about advancements in speech-language pathology techniques and technologies

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech-language pathology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
