Front Desk Receptionist Huntington Volvo VIP Automotive Group
Huntington Volvo, a proud member of the VIP Automotive Group of Long Island, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to support our showroom and administrative team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and clerical skills who enjoys working in a professional dealership environment.
Schedule: Saturday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Sunday 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Greet showroom customers and determine the nature of their visit
- Obtain and enter customer information into the dealership system
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Direct customers to the appropriate department or salesperson
- Provide brochures and basic information to customers
- Assist showroom staff with clerical and administrative duties
- Provide clerical back-up support when needed
- Stock vehicles into CDK
- Create and log vehicle key tags
- Assist with lease return processing
- Batch out credit card transactions
- Assist with coordinating vehicle transporters
- Maintain a professional front desk and showroom appearance
