Job Title: Global Customer Director MNC, Technology Sector NorAmJob Location: Dallas, TexasLead the global development and growth of assigned multinational customer accounts in the Technology Sector by positioning DHL as a strategic supply chain partner. Drive profitable growth, executive-level customer relationships, sector expansion, and cross-divisional collaboration while ensuring delivery of customer commitments and commercial objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Account LeadershipDevelop and execute global customer growth strategies for multinational customers.Create and maintain customer development plans aligned with customer business objectives.Serve as the senior commercial relationship owner for key global accounts.Establish executive sponsorship and strategic dialogue with customer leadership.Revenue Growth & Business DevelopmentDeliver MNC volume growth and gross profit performance against budget targets.Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs, and integrated logistics solutions.Manage the global sales pipeline and support complex multi-country pursuits.Drive RFQ, RFI, and tender strategies to maximize win rates.Customer ManagementMaintain strong relationships with global procurement, supply chain, logistics, and operations executives.Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions.Ensure service excellence and customer retention.Resolve escalated issues and coordinate resources globally to protect customer satisfaction.Cross-Functional LeadershipLead and influence virtual teams across countries and regions.Coordinate activities with Product, Operations, Solutions Design, Finance, Implementation, and Regional Sales teams.Align DHL business units to deliver integrated customer solutions.Support organizational development, coaching, and performance management of account teams.Sector & Market DevelopmentMonitor industry trends, competitive activity, and customer supply chain challenges.Develop sector strategies and value propositions.Promote innovation and differentiated logistics solutions.Support investment decisions and network development opportunities relevant to customer needs.Required Experience10+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or global account management.Experience managing large multinational customers.Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs Brokerage, and supply chain solutions.Executive-level selling and negotiation skills.Experience leading cross-functional and virtual global teams.Strong financial and commercial acumen.Pay Range: $105,682.50 - $140,910.00+ (Based on Experience)Benefits (All Non-Union Employees)Compensation: Competitive base salary plus role dependent performance-based incentives.401(k) Match: $1-for-$1 match up to 4% quarterly + 2% annual base contribution.Stock Purchase Plan: Ability to purchase Deutsche Post AG shares at a discounted rate.Medical: Comprehensive plans covering preventive care, inpatient/outpatient services, and prescriptions.Vision: Optional coverage for exams, frames, and contacts.Dental: Optional coverage for preventive, basic, and major services.Paid Time Off: 7 major holidays, 8 floating holidays, and accrued vacation/sick days.Why Join DHL Global Forwarding?At DHL Global Forwarding, we invest in our employees’ growth, providing training, guidance, and career advancement opportunities.
