Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg Telemetry Float
Somers Point, NJ

Up to $2,450/week Gross
13-Week Contract
36 Hours | Day Shift

Take your next travel assignment with a busy Med/Surg Telemetry Float Team caring for adult acute care patients. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Telemetry RNs seeking competitive pay and consistent scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for adult Med/Surg and Telemetry patients.
• Float between Med/Surg and Telemetry units based on staffing needs.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize changes in patient condition.
• Perform patient assessments and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Deliver safe, patient-centered care throughout each shift.

Must Have

• Active New Jersey RN License (or Compact License if applicable)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry experience
• Current BLS
• Current ACLS
• Recent acute care hospital experience

Nice to Have

• Previous Travel Nursing experience
• Float Pool experience
• BSN
