The Opportunity As our PI Case Manager Assistant in our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department, you will have the opportunity to assist our Case Managers in the development of our client's cases to ensure our clients earn the maximum settlement deserved. Accountable for
- Open claims with insurance companies, health insurance subrogation departments, and MediCAL/CARE.
- Request police reports and medical records.
- Schedule doctor appointments and coordinate transportation for clients.
- Verify balances with providers.
- Prepare files to submit to demand writers.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Prior law firm experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent customer service.
- Ability to handle large volume of personal injury pre-litigation cases.
- Litify or Salesforce experience is a huge plus.
- Type at least 40 wpm.
- This role is on-site, Monday through Friday
Compensation
- $21.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience, plus performance based incentives.
