A growing Family Medicine practice is looking to add another BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join their team in Crawfordsville, IN! Less than 1 hour to downtown Indianapolis and 40 minutes to Lafayette!

About the Group:

This small family practice is part of a multispecialty group with much primary care (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine) and specialty physician groups (Endocrinology, Cardiology, Psychiatry, OB/GYN, Urgent Care, Infectious Disease, Urology, Palliative care, Critical Care, Hospitalists, etc.) includes over 1,100 MD/DOs and APPs.
Their 12 hospitals, make it one of the largest health care systems in the region. 240 plus locations, most are renowned Centers of Health Care Excellence. About this role - Family Medicine

Join a team of 3 physicians and 4 Nurse practitioners
Practice Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Flexible schedule
Average outpatient volume: 18-20 patients per day
Shared Call 1:9 with Nurse Triage System
Physician will provide oversight to 2 Internal Medicine NPs
Common Diagnoses:
Child and adult wellness visits
Back pain
Endocrinology issues
Hypertension
Heart failure

Background Desired - Family Medicine

BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
MD/DO
ACLS/BLS
IN Medical License or in progress
