Physical Therapist – Temporary Part-Time | Princeton, NJ
Location: Princeton, NJ – Onsite
Schedule: One day per week, Mondays or Wednesdays, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Employment Type: Temporary, Part-Time, W-2
Anticipated Start Date: October 7, 2026
Duration: Temporary coverage for up to approximately 3 months
Pay Range: $65–$70/hour, based on experience and qualifications
Benefits: This temporary, part-time position is not eligible for employee benefits.

About the Opportunity

Looking for a Physical Therapy opportunity outside of a traditional high-volume clinic?

Seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide onsite physical therapy and wellness services at a corporate health center in Princeton, NJ.

This is a temporary, one-day-per-week opportunity supporting employees in a professional workplace setting. The Physical Therapist will provide individualized musculoskeletal care while helping employees improve movement, mobility, ergonomics, stretching, and overall physical wellbeing.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate employees for musculoskeletal, mobility, functional, and movement-related concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, stretching, mobility guidance, manual therapy, and other appropriate Physical Therapy interventions.
• Educate employees on movement, home exercise, injury prevention, and healthy workplace habits.
• Conduct workplace ergonomic assessments and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment, progress, and follow-up plans.
• Recognize concerns requiring referral or escalation and coordinate with the appropriate healthcare provider when needed.
• Support employee wellness, educational, and engagement activities as appropriate.
• Collaborate with the onsite health center team while independently managing Physical Therapy evaluation and treatment within professional scope.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.
• Graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification.
• Approximately 3–5 years of Physical Therapist experience preferred.
• Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, occupational health, corporate health, or a similar setting preferred.
• Experience with workplace ergonomics, mobility, stretching, and movement-based wellness programs.
• Dry needling experience preferred. Any dry needling services must meet applicable New Jersey licensure and competency requirements.
• Strong patient education, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and standard computer applications.
• Ability to work independently within established clinical and operational workflows.
• Reliable ability to commute to the onsite health center in Princeton, NJ.
