About the Role:

As a Receptionist at Envive Healthcare of Anderson, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors. Your warm and welcoming demeanor will set the tone for our exceptional service. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing information and assistance, and supporting our team members in ensuring that work is accomplished and quality care is delivered. Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and provide assistance to residents, families, and visitors
Provide accurate and timely information to residents, families, and visitors
Work effectively with team members to ensure that work is accomplished and quality care is delivered
Support team members and celebrate team successes
Assist with organizing and planning various events and activities
Ability to grow your career with our help!

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in Long Term Care/Healthcare a plus
