Overview:

• Location: 611 W County Line Rd S, Fort Wayne, IN 46814
• Position: Licensed Practical Nurse
• Pay: $33
• Shift: 7am-7pm (weekend option) and 7pm-7am (Full Time)
• Job Type: Full Time and Part Time

Must haves from you to be a LPN:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state. Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
Passionate about working with the elderly.

What your day to day looks like as a LPN:
Lead, manage, and train your team of caregivers.
Responsible for evaluating up to 133 residents and reporting change in condition to physicians.
Utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR)
Communicating effectively to team, residents and families.
Building strong relationships.
