We strive to continue to manufacture the highest quality equipment and work towards ensuring that the equipment is the most efficient to promote a sustainable environment.Inductotherm Corp has an exciting opportunity for a Shop Clerk to join our Team, 100% on-site in Rancocas, New Jersey, Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm.Job Summary: We are seeking a Shop Clerk who will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Manufacturing team, ensuring efficient workflow and day-to-day operations.Duties/Responsibilities:Provide administrative and clerical support, including proofreading, filing, and maintaining accurate documentation.Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, email, and in-person interactions.Order parts and supplies and create material requisitions and transaction records.Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to support daily operations.Enter, retrieve, and process data accurately using computer systems and databases.Complete assignments involving data entry, information gathering, reporting, forms, and basic graphics.Work independently with a high level of attention to detail and strong filing/organizational skills.Thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling a high volume of work accurately and efficiently.Set priorities, develop work plans, and meet deadlines consistently.Maintain regular and reliable attendance, with flexibility to work occasional overtime as neededPerform additional duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:Strong administrative and office support skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systemsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentEffective organizational and time-management skillsEducation and Experience:High School Diploma or GEDAt least 1 year of administrative or professional experience in an office environmentPhysical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Ability to read and understand written informationAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writingMaintain a professional, business-appropriate appearance and demeanorHold a valid driver's license and able to drive an automobile.Sit at a workstation for long periods of time and able to traverse the building.Must disclose any surgical implants, pins, braces or other devices that could be affected by induction fields.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Salary: Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications.Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00/hourRelocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.Condition of Employment: Must be able to satisfactorily complete the Inductotherm Corp. hiring process requirements which includes a comprehensive assessment, drug testing, and a background check.
