This position is responsible for leading residential electrical service, repair, installation, troubleshooting, and generator-related work while ensuring code compliance, technical excellence, and an outstanding customer experience. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Performance incentives Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Company vehicle Company-provided uniforms Ongoing training and professional development Career advancement opportunities Essential Duties and Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems Install, replace, and upgrade electrical panels, breakers, circuits, outlets, switches, lighting, and wiring Perform whole-home electrical inspections and safety evaluations Install and service standby generators and transfer switches Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide customers with repair and replacement options Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes Serve as the licensed Master Electrician for applicable projects and permit requirements Supervise, mentor, and support Journeyman Electricians, Apprentices, and Electrical Helpers Review electrical work for quality, safety, and code compliance Assist with training and development of electrical team members Complete accurate documentation, estimates, and invoices through company software Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Participate in on-call rotation as assigned Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication Identify opportunities to improve customer safety, comfort, and efficiency Qualifications – Required Kentucky Master Electrician License Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Minimum 5 years of residential electrical experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to read electrical diagrams and blueprints Experience supervising or mentoring electrical team members Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders Excellent customer service and communication skills Preferred Generator installation and service experience ServiceTitan experience Sales and customer education experience HVAC or plumbing industry experience Experience managing permits, inspections, and code compliance requirements Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Expert knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to present repair and replacement options to customers Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and code compliance Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Ability to oversee multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Schedule Full-Time Monday–Friday.
