Hospice RN Case Manager - Flexible Schedule & $5k Sign-On
Stillwater Hospice, LLC
Stillwater Hospice, LLC is seeking a qualified Hospice RN Case Manager to join our Gillette team in Wyoming. The RN will plan, coordinate and direct hospice care for patients at home and within the community, working with an interdisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, high‑quality end‑of‑life services.
Requirements include RN licensure in the state, 1–2 years acute care and hospice/home health experience preferred. A valid driver’s license is required.
