We are currently seeking applicants for an Equipment Maintenance Technician.What You Will Be DoingDismantle, adjust, repair and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawingsPerform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipmentUse test and diagnostic equipment as requiredRebuild manufacturing equipment as requiredPerform equipment modifications as directed by Equipment engineerCalibrate equipment as neededWork with Process Engineering team on qualificationsPay Rate is $25-$30 hourly based on experienceWhat You Will Bring AlongHigh school diploma or equivalent2-4 years of related equipment maintenance experience requiredUnderstanding of semiconductor manufacturing is an added advantageStrong mechanical and electrical skillsSelf-motivated and able to work with little to no supervision; excellent computer, interpersonal, and communication skills.Excellent time management skillsComprehensive troubleshooting skillsStrong attention to detail requiredAbility to perform all work functions with required PPEAbility to lift 50 pounds regularlyPlease note this job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, and additional duties may be assigned as neededWhat We Can Offer YouVishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
