Responsibilities Independently handle general litigation (GL) and/or business/complex civil litigation matters. Structure discovery plans, take and defend depositions, manage document-intensive cases, draft dispositive motions, and prepare for trial. Bring a solid work ethic, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork. Hit the ground running and gain solid experience handling complex civil litigation/professional liability matters with some of the most respected attorneys in the field, while building your own practice on a diversified, multi-state platform. Qualifications California license with 7+ years of experience in general litigation (GL), business litigation, and/or complex civil litigation. Strong academic background and ambition to create an extraordinary career. Solid work ethic and a passion for advocacy. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
