Remote-First VP of Lifecycle Marketing & Loyalty

IPSY is seeking a VP, Lifecycle Marketing and Member Engagement to own the strategy for how we engage members from first touch through long-term retention. You will lead a team including loyalty, email, mobile, site marketing, and retention, setting targets and the operating model. You'll define segmentation, measurement infrastructure, and the CRM narrative to demonstrate business impact, while shaping a high-performing culture focused on data-driven decision making.
