Schedule: 7am EST - 8pm EST (8 hour in a day) Note: Candidate will need to report to Client branch for office trainings or meetings on an as needed basis. Flexibility to travel is preferred. Job Summary:

The candidate will handle customer inquiries, process orders, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure quality customer service while following company procedures and policies.

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Process customer orders, service requests, and related documentation.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and requests.
- Create, update, and confirm service order requests.
- Follow company procedures, policies, and service standards.
- Process customer payments and provide payment confirmations.
- Generate invoices and customer-specific reports when required.
- Maintain service quality metrics and departmental standards.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of customer service or related experience
- Associate's degree with relevant capabilities in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management and organizational abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask across calls, emails, and systems
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to processes
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Regular sitting, standing, typing, hearing, and computer usage
- Frequent walking, writing, and communication tasks
- Occasional bending, reaching, and stair climbing
- Ability to communicate clearly over phone and email
- Exposure to minor dust or industrial work surfaces
- Occasional travel for meetings, seminars, or training sessions may be required
