We are pleased to announce that we are growing our team by adding an additional  Project Superintendent to oversee communities in the Charleston Area.

Responsibilities:

• Manage job sites and community daily
• Schedule and oversee municipal inspections
• Use centralized scheduling tools to progress projects thru the build schedule.
• Monitor subcontractor performance to verify work is being completed in a timely manner and adheres to scope of work
• Perform internal inspections as part of CPHs Quality Assurance Process
• Maintain a safe working environment on every job site that complies with all state and federal governing agencies
• Approve subcontractor payments and monitor job budgets
• Communicate on a regular basis with Center Park Group's management team and the client throughout the construction process to ensure customer satisfaction.
  

Required Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s Degree in construction science or other relative study preferred.
• Driver’s license required

Required Experience

• 1-2 years in residential construction industry
