What You'll Be Doing Design and oversee civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, drainage systems, and infrastructure improvements. Conduct site visits and travel to job locations to ensure projects meet engineering standards and compliance requirements. Work closely with construction teams, government agencies, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Analyze survey reports, maps, blueprints, and geotechnical data to provide engineering solutions. Prepare and review project documentation, specifications, and cost estimates. Ensure projects comply with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and quality control standards. Utilize the latest engineering software and technology to optimize designs and improve efficiency. What We're Looking For We need a hands-on, solution-driven engineer who thrives in both the office and the field. If you're passionate about bringing engineering concepts to life and don't mind getting your boots dirty, this is for you. Must-Haves: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 3+ years of experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, or construction projects. Willingness to travel to job sites as needed. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and construction methods. Experience with CAD software, GIS, and civil design tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to work with clients, contractors, and project teams. Nice-to-Haves: Professional Engineer (PE) license or working toward certification. Experience in transportation, water resources, or structural engineering.
