Provide expert guidance on procedural law to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Oversee contract management processes, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing legal agreements. Assist with litigation discovery efforts by organizing, reviewing, and analyzing evidence and documents. Develop clear and compelling legal writing for briefs, memos, reports, and other documentation. Collaborate with internal departments to develop policies that align with legal requirements and organizational goals. Support senior attorneys in case preparation, courtroom proceedings, and strategic planning. Requirements Proven experience managing legal teams in a fast-paced environment. Experience practicing in court. Strong knowledge of procedural law and litigation processes. Demonstrated contract management experience within legal services or related fields. Skilled in litigation discovery assistance, reviewing documents, identifying relevant information, and supporting case strategies. Excellent legal writing skills with the ability to produce precise and persuasive documentation. EducationBachelor's degree in Law (JD or equivalent), with active licensure to practice law in Tennessee. CertificationsActive licensure to practice law in Tennessee.
