Express Employment is partnering with VERTIV in Ironton, OH to hire operators and technicians who keep mission-critical facilities running. Vertiv delivers power, thermal, and digital infrastructure to data centers, communications networks, and industrial sites worldwide.

- Soldering capability
- Material handling experience
- Maintenance and repair aptitude
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials
- Current forklift license
- Clear, effective communication
- Background in a manufacturing environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Pay range: $16.50–$17.89
- $1 shift differential for 3rd shift
- Monday–Saturday schedule (mandatory overtime currently in effect)
- Specific schedule provided during Orientation
Must be able to pass a pre- employment drug screen and a background check.
