Express Employment is partnering with VERTIV in Ironton, OH to hire operators and technicians who keep mission-critical facilities running. Vertiv delivers power, thermal, and digital infrastructure to data centers, communications networks, and industrial sites worldwide.

What you bring

Soldering capability
Material handling experience
Maintenance and repair aptitude
Ability to lift and move heavy materials
Current forklift license
Clear, effective communication
Background in a manufacturing environment
Basic computer proficiency

Compensation and hours

Pay range: $16.50–$17.89
$1 shift differential for 3rd shift
Monday–Saturday schedule (mandatory overtime currently in effect)
Specific schedule provided during Orientation

Must be able to pass a pre- employment drug screen and a background check.
