ERP Project Manager

Oracle Fusion ERP Project ManagerNext Generation, Inc., an HR Path Company, is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP initiatives for our clients. This role is responsible for managing all phases of ERP implementation projects, including discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration oversight, testing, deployment, change management, and post-go-live support. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex enterprise transformation initiatives.This role is hybrid in Alexandria, VA.Job ResponsibilitiesLead Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects from initiation through deployment and supportDevelop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocations, budgets, and project deliverablesFacilitate client discovery sessions and gather business, functional, and technical requirementsCoordinate project activities across business stakeholders, system integrators, vendors, and internal teamsMonitor project scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful deliveryConduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to executive leadership and stakeholdersManage change requests and ensure proper documentation and approval processes are followedOversee solution design, system configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-production support activitiesEnsure successful execution of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production readiness activitiesCollaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve project issues and remove delivery roadblocksDrive organizational change management and user adoption initiatives throughout the project lifecycleEstablish project governance processes and ensure adherence to organizational standards and best practicesManage third-party vendor relationships and coordinate external project resourcesTrack project financials, budgets, forecasts, and resource utilizationDevelop project documentation including status reports, risk logs, action registers, and executive presentationsSupport continuous improvement efforts and recommend process enhancements based on lessons learnedJob RequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field7+ years of project management experience leading enterprise software or ERP implementations3+ years of experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP projectsExperience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations from planning through go-live and stabilizationStrong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules, including Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects, and related business processesExperience managing cross-functional teams consisting of business users, technical consultants, and third-party vendorsStrong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologiesExperience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and resource planningProven ability to communicate effectively with executives, project sponsors, and business stakeholdersExperience facilitating workshops, requirements sessions, and executive steering committee meetingsStrong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skillsProficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platformsExperience with ERP integrations, data migration, testing, and change management activitiesStrong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and VisioAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPMP certification preferredOracle Cloud certifications are a plusExperience supporting federal, state, local government, or public sector clients is a plusAbility to travel on a limited basis as requiredJob BenefitsPaid time offMedical insuranceDental planVision planLife insuranceShort-term and long-term disability (STD/LTD)Paid holidaysCompetitive FTE salary range based on experience, education, and location
